Peer Coach Observations- 2 cycles $900
  • Actively participate in two PLCS, meeting for a total of 2x/month for 45 minutes each meeting.  Compensation: PLC Participation: $600 
  • Participate in writing an annual goal that is aligned with site/building goals.  Compensation:  $100 is the site assessment goal is met (to be paid upon public release of test data).
  • Participate in 2 coaching cycles per year with a peer coach using the LEARN APPLY REFLECT model to enhance your teaching.  (See pg. 10 for cycle ideas).  Compensation: Peer Coaching Cycles $900.  Probationary staff’s cycles consist of Collegial Conversations.
  • Early Childhood General Education staff participates in 1 coaching cycle per year with a peer coach using the LEARN APPLY REFLECT model to enhance teaching.  Compensation:  Peer Coaching Cycle $450.  The probationary staff cycle consists of a Collegial Conversation.
  • All continuing contract staff participate in (1) observation including pre and post-observation conferences with your peer coach
  • Revisit your PLC goals multiple times throughout the year to discuss student data and progress towards the goal.
  • Meet with your PLC in May to reflect on the year’s progress towards your goal.
