Purpose: To assist and communicate in the leadership of Wildwood. This work would include working on the building-wide schedule, communicating district information to their grade level team, assisting in creating solutions to building-wide/ grade-level topics, and review resources to ensure maximum usage for student achievement.
Decision Matrix Letter: B- Principal decides with the input from stakeholders who are impacted by the decision.
Method of consensus: Fist to 5.
5- I’ll champion, 4- I Strongly Agree, 3- Agree, 2- Reservations, 1-Disagree, Fist Oppose.
Type and Communication: BLT reps will communicate with their grade-level teams.
Time Commitment: -Meetings will take place once a month. Or as needed by topic. PLC leads may or may not be part of this committee.
